THE STORY OF AZUR
First Azur was opened in 2010 in Zhuhai, China by Chef Vedran Perojevic. Two years later, he partners with his brother Darko and moves back to his hometown bringing the flavors of Asia into Dubrovnik, and the whole concept of "Mediterranean cuisine with an Asian twist" was born. Already internationally recognized by New York Times, Vogue, National Geographic Geo Magazine, Mercedes Benz Magazine, Michelin Guide and many others, Azur is located in a quiet lane on the edge of the very busy Dubrovnik old town, Azur serves up delicious, fresh, high quality foods at affordable prices, following Chef Vedran's philosophy that Azur should be "fun dining" rather then fine dining. Every dish is created using only the freshest, finest ingredients that are sourced locally whenever possible and all recipes are product of flavors and experiences of brothers’ living in Asia, USA & Europe.
