RESERVATION AND SEATING POLICIES

Azur Dubrovnik is a reservation-driven restaurant. While we do welcome walk-in guests and will accommodate as many as possible, reservations are highly recommended. Reservations can be made online or by phone. Please ensure you provide your name, number of guests, requested date, email address, and telephone number when booking.

IMPORTANT: Booking online via Google Reservations or our website is the preferred method, as our phone line may occasionally be unavailable or the connection quality may make it difficult to obtain your details. Reservations for up to 4 guests are confirmed automatically once booked online.

LARGE PARTY POLICY

Reservations for up to 4 guests are confirmed automatically.

Reservations for 5 to 6 guests can be submitted online; however, these are considered booking requests and are subject to approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. Please wait for confirmation from our team. A credit card guarantee is required to secure and finalize these bookings.

Due to the size of the restaurant and strict government regulations regarding the use of public areas for outdoor seating, accommodating larger groups can be challenging. Availability is limited, and increasing the number of guests after booking is often not possible.

RESERVATION TIMING POLICY

To ensure the best possible dining experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. We understand that unexpected delays may occur, so please inform us as soon as possible if you are running late.

We hold reservations for up to 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, we will attempt to contact you to confirm your arrival. If we are unable to reach you and you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be released due to our limited seating capacity.

SEAT ALLOCATION

We prioritize the satisfaction of our guests and will make every effort to accommodate seating preferences. However, during peak season and periods of high demand, we are unable to guarantee a specific table.

All confirmed reservations are allocated outdoor seating, weather permitting.
