RESERVATION AND SEATING POLICIES
Azur Dubrovnik is a reservation-driven restaurant. We do welcome walk-in guests and will accommodate as many as possible. Reservations are accepted online and by phone. Please clearly state name, the number of guests in party, date requested, email and telephone number.
IMPORTANT: Booking online via google reservations or our website is the preferred method, as our phone line may be unavailable or the quality may be poor, making it difficult to obtain your personal details over the phone.
LARGE PARTY POLICY
Large party reservations (5 or more) are difficult to accommodate given the size of the restaurant and strict government rules on use of public areas for outside seating; however, we will take as many as possible. A large party reservation during service hours will require a credit card to reserve and must be confirmed the day of the reservation. Our ability to increase the number of diners in a party is very limited.

RESERVATION TIMING POLICY
To ensure the best possible dining experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. We understand that unexpected events do occur. If your party is running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and your guests.
Parties that are late for their reservation time are given ten minutes before we call the phone number that we must ascertain arrival status. Given the limited seating of the restaurant, fifteen minutes late with no contact will void your reservation. Please understand, this is solely due to the size and the seating capacity of the restaurant. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party.
SEAT ALLOCATION:
We prioritize the satisfaction of our guests, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences. However, it’s important to note that during the peak season and due to high demand, we are unable to guarantee a specific table allocation. Rest assured; all confirmed reservations are allocated outside seating weather permits.
